Adds .forgejo/workflows/pages.yml: on every push to main, upload index.html, 404.html and fonts/ to the git-pages server, so the landing site serves at public.p.xil.no (and the p.xil.no apex).

Trigger is exactly push: branches: [main] — nothing scheduled, no other event types.
Values follow the instance's existing pages deploys: runs-on and the deploy target read the admin Actions variables with baked-in fallbacks (in-cluster server over plain http); the action is the instance's own mirror git-pages/action@v2.
Auth is the automatic Actions token: public.p.xil.no is the matching owner-index site for a repo named pages — no secret to seed.

The workflow is inert until merged; the merge push itself then fires the first deploy, and the site should answer about a minute later. Serving publicly at the apex also needs this repo's visibility flipped private → public — that flip is deliberately not part of this MR.
